Day 4 – Love
The word love is one of the most used words in The Bible, and it is the main theme from the beginning to the end. God’s love is evident throughout The Bible, even when people claim that He is an evil or vengeful God, which is a totally untrue claim.
God loves us, and wants us to love and follow Him. The Apostle Paul even wrote a whole chapter on love. The final verse of that chapter spells it out. 1st Corinthians 13:13:
And now abide faith, hope and love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Paul makes some incredible statements in his epistles, but this is one of his strongest. Without love we have nothing! We need to learn to love those around us, even those who make it difficult. A little extra kindness just may break through their hard shells.
A smile goes a great distance in changing someone’s mood. Start each day with a smile and watch people follow.
God wants us to love each other and Him, its easy to do.
